Korean Tribute Stones will stand apart from Legacy and Meditation Stones in two ways. They will be a polished black granite stone and rather than fill the walkway or the floor of the Meditation Shelter, Korean Tribute stones will be placed vertically on the face of two rows of rice paddies as part of the tribute. The number available is limited by the area of the rice paddies, approximately 180 stones. A registry will be established for Korean Honor Stone purchasers and their families to preserve the stories of these veterans of the "Forgotten War".
